“The significant decrease in crimes against women and children can be attributed to the leveling up of our anti-criminality measures utilizing social media as one of our platforms, as well as maximum efforts on police community relations,” said Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay, PRO3 director, in a statement.

He added: “The significant decrease in crimes against women and children can be attributed to the leveling up of our anti-criminality measures utilizing social media as one of our platforms as well as maximum efforts on police community relations.”
