MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health (DOH) reported 200 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, with active ones now at 2,434, according to its COVID-19 Tracker.

The total number of confirmed infections is now 3,690,254 nationwide, with 3,627,365 recoveries and 60,455 deaths.

The new infections are higher than the average number of 173 infections recorded the previous week, based on a total of 1,214 cases.

A total of 18,274 individuals were also tested on Saturday, May 28.
