Data also showed that the capital City of San Fernando has two active COVID-19 cases, while the towns of Mexico, Candaba, and San Luis have a single case each.

The towns with zero active cases were Magalang in the first district; Floridablanca, Guagua, Lubao, Porac, Sasmuan, and Sta. Rita in the second district; Arayat, Bacolor, and Sta. Ana in the third district; and Apalit, Macabebe, Masantol, Minalin, San Simon, and Sto. Tomas in the fourth district.
