FEATURED STORIES

Dalisay was arrested in a buy-bust after he sold  .094 grams of shabu to PO3 Ramie Pabilona at his house in Purok Celita, Barangay Alijis, Bacolod City, on Dec. 2, 2019.

During his arrest, .285 grams of shabu were recovered from his possession.

“Dalisay’s defense of a frame-up must bow down to the candid and positive testimonies of the  government witnesses,” the judge said.

Judge Javier ordered the turnover of the confiscated shabu to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, and the immediate transfer of Dalisay to the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City.
