Pagasa: Cloudy Saturday with isolated rain showers, thunderstorms
MANILA, Philippines — Northern Mindanao, Caraga and Davao Region are expected to have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Saturday due to the intertropical convergence zone, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms due to the easterlies or localized thunderstorms.
Pagasa warned of possible flash floods and landslides in rain-affected areas.
Wind speeds in Northern Luzon are seen to be light to moderate, coupled with slight to moderate coastal waters.
The rest of the country will likewise have light to moderate wind speeds with slight to moderate sea conditions.
