MANILA, Philippines — Actor-turned-politician Robin Padilla was still leading the “Magic 12” based on the third partial and official tally report of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
The report released Friday showed Padilla has so far secured 23,908,730 votes for his senatorial bid.
He was ahead by nearly two million votes from second-placer Antique Rep. Loren Legarda’s 21,964,607 votes.
Broadcaster Tulfo trailed Legarda with 21,473,739 votes so far.
