MANILA, Philippines — Poll watchdog Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) said that it is not seeing anything that should be of concern amid the validation of votes.
In an interview on ABS-CBN News Channel’s Rundown, PPCRV spokesperson Vann dela Cruz was asked about the alleged glitches in the canvassing of votes, wherein Vice President Leni Robredo is trailing former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. by just around 2 to 3 million votes.

“We haven’t actually gone through these videos but what we do here in PPCRV, the unofficial parallel count. So, we are focused really on that mandate of ours,” Dela Cruz replied.
“Based on the data that we are seeing, we are not seeing anything that should be of any concern,” he added.
Dela Cruz assured the public that they will inform the public, if any issues arise.
“Just to emphasize, we at PPCRV will be the first one to let you know if there is anything that should be of concern to us and our data is open to anyone, political parties, representatives of any candidates, we are willing to share our data,” he said.
The PPCRV recently said that there are no irregularities in the alleged “68:32 magic” — a claim that for every vote update, a consistent pattern of 68 percent and 32 percent of the votes are going to Marcos and Robredo, respectively.
As of Wednesday, 7:32 a.m., Marcos is still leading the presidential race with 31 million votes, followed by Robredo with 14.8 million votes.
Some groups converged near the Commission on Election’s main office in Intramuros, Manila on Tuesday as they demanded clean and fair polls.
