MANILA, Philippines — Palawan and Mindanao will experience scattered rains due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
(In Palawan, the people there will continue to experience scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.)
(The entire Mindanao today will continue to experience scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.)

The rest of the country, including Metro Manila, will have a fair weather condition caused by the easterlies.
Meanwhile, fisherfolk and those with small vessels may venture out at sea as no gale warning is raised over the country’s seaboards.
The country’s coastal waters will be in a slight to moderate condition with waves reaching up to 2.1 meters.
