POLICE arrested a man who was found out carrying an unlicensed firearm and packs of suspected shabu while having a drinking session with friends in barangay Cambaro, Mandaue City.
Kenneth Dignos, 32, yielded a loaded .22 revolver and five small packs believed to contain shabu.
A resident in the area called the police to complain that Dignos and his friends were too noisy while drinking around 4 a.m.
Police said the complainant reported that Dignos was seen playing with a gun.
They rushed to the area and arrested Dignos/CORRESPONDENT NORMAN V. MENDOZA
