MANILA, Philippines — The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will cause scattered rains in the entire Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported Monday.
(Due to the ITCZ, the entire Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.)
Luzon, including Metro Manila, and Visayas will have a fair weather condition with possible isolated rains.
(Today, Monday, fair weather is expected in Luzon. Expect intense heat, especially between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.)
(Fair weather will likewise prevail in the Visayas, except for isolated rain showers, mostly in the afternoon or evening.)
Meanwhile, no gale warning is raised over the country’s coastal waters.
