MANILA, Philippines—The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tuesday allowed 20 media outlets, including INQUIRER.net, to have access to the transparency server for the May 2022 poll results.

The Comelec accredited eight television networks, four radio stations, five newspapers, and three online news sites to be end-users of the transparency media server. These are:

Online news sites

The Comelec, through Resolution No. 10781, allowed local media organizations, citizen’s arms groups, and Comelec information partners to access the election results data from the Transparency Media Server, which is located at the University of Santo Tomas.

The transparency media server receives the electronically transmitted precinct results from vote-counting machines.
