“Maliit ang tiyansa ng nasabing LPA na maging bagyo ngunit patuloy pa rin itong magdadala ng mga pagulan kasabay ng ITCZ dito sa Mindanao and Palawan area,” said Ordinario in a weather report on Thursday afternoon.

(The chance of the said LPA becoming a typhoon is small but it will continue to bring rain along with the ITCZ here in the Mindanao and Palawan areas.)
