CAVITE—Six persons, among them children, were hurt after a drunken man ran amuck in Dasmariñas City on Wednesday evening, the police on Thursday said.
Police were tracking down the escaped Aldrin Beltran, 26, who indiscriminately fired an improvised shotgun, hurting six members of a family in Barangay Sta. Maria, said city police chief Supt. Ulysses Cruz.
Beltran and Anceto Mendoza, 42, were at the latter’s home drinking until they argued and got into a verbal fight. He said Beltran went home and returned shortly with a shotgun.
