MANILA, Philippines — The state weather bureau said Thursday it was not seeing any storm or weather disturbance forming within or outside the Philippine area of responsibility in the next five days. Weather specialist Raymond Ordinario, of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical and Astronomical Services (Pagasa), said easterlies or winds blowing from the Pacific Ocean still prevail across the country.

(Tomorrow here in the Luzon area, clear weather will continue with scattered rain, lightning, and thunder.)
