MANILA, Philippines — Only one lane will be passable from Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard to Buendia Avenue in Pasay City from April 19 to 21 while all lanes for both roads will be closed from April 22 to 24, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced Tuesday.

The MMDA public information office explained that the full road closure will be implemented “to give way to a political rally approved by the LGU (local government unit).”
