Police arrest boy with ‘shabu’

A 14-YEAR-OLD boy was arrested after two packs of suspected shabu were found in his possession during a police raid in barangay Looc, Danao City, northern Cebu.

The boy said the suspected drugs were left to him by someone. He was later turned over to social workers.

Members of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Central Visayas went to Looc to serve a search warrant against brothers Jeffrey and Jason Bataluna.

The two brothers were not at home when police arrived.

Police said the boy was near the house of the Batalunas when he was arrested.

Police said they foundfour small packs and a medium pack of suspected shabu in the house.

A search warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Teresita Galanida of Mandaue City was used din the raid.
