MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather with chances of rain brought by thunderstorms are to be expected throughout the country on Monday due to localized thunderstorms, said the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical and Astronomical Services (Pagasa).
“Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan ang mararanasan dito sa Luzon, generally fair weather maliban na lang sa mga chances ng isolated thunderstorms sa hapon at gabi,” said Pagasa weather specialist Patrick Del Mundo in a weather report.
(Partly cloudy to overcast skies will be experienced here in Luzon, generally fair weather except for the chances of isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.)
Meanwhile, hot and humid weather will prevail in the Visayas and Mindanao, with chances of localized thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
No storms or weather disturbances are also expected to form in or outside the Philippine area of responsibility in the next three to five days

Metro Manila: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
Baguio City: 16 to 23 degrees Celsius
Laoag City: 24 to 33 degrees Celsius
Tuguegarao: 23 to 33 degrees Celsius
Legazpi City: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
Puerto Princesa City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
Tagaytay: 23 to 29 degrees Celsius
Kalayaan Islands: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
Iloilo City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
Cebu: 24 to 31 degrees Celsius
Tacloban City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
Cagayan De Oro City: 24 to 31 degrees Celsius
Zamboanga City: 23 to 32 degrees Celsius
Davao City: 24 to 33 degrees Celsius
Due to the northeastern surface windflow gale warning is still raised over the north and western seaboards of Northern Luzon (Batanes, Ilocos Norte, and the northern coast of Cagayan including Babuyan Islands.)
Rough to very rough sea conditions are forecast in these areas with wave height reaching from 2.8 to 4.5 meters.
