National Capital Region / NCR / Metro Manila
- Manila
- Quiapo Church (open from April 14-17)
- All vaccination sites in Manila are open on April 17
- Las Piñas
- All vaccination sites are open on April 17
- Other local government units (LGUs) in NCR will resume vaccination on April 18
Cordillera Administrative Region / CAR
- Apayao
- Hospitals will conduct vaccination activities
- Baguio City
- Malcolm Square vaccination site (open on April 14-15)
- Benguet
- La Trinidad rural health unit (RHU) will be open for vaccination
- Hospitals will conduct vaccination activities
- Mt. Province
- Hospitals will conduct vaccination activities
Region 1 / Ilocos region
- Ilocos Norte
- LGUs in Pinili, Paoay, San Nicolas, Currimao, Piddig, Pasuquin, Dingras, and Bacarra will conduct vaccination activities in RHUs or churches

Region 10 / Northern Mindanao
- All LGUs have vaccination until April 14 and will resume on April 18
- Cagayan de Oro will continue its vaccination except on April 15 only
