LIST: Open COVID-19 vaccination sites on Holy Week

 MANILA, Philippines — COVID-19 vaccination will go on during the Holy Week in selected sites nationwide.

Below is a list of open vaccination sites this week provided by the National COVID-19 Vaccination Operations Center (NVOC):

National Capital Region / NCR / Metro Manila

  • Manila 
  • Quiapo Church (open from April 14-17)
  • All vaccination sites in Manila are open on April 17
  • Las Piñas 
  • All vaccination sites are open on April 17
  • Other local government units (LGUs) in NCR will resume vaccination on April 18

Cordillera Administrative Region / CAR

  • Apayao
  • Hospitals will conduct vaccination activities
  • Baguio City
  • Malcolm Square vaccination site (open on April 14-15)
  • Benguet 
  • La Trinidad rural health unit (RHU) will be open for vaccination
  • Hospitals will conduct vaccination activities
  • Mt. Province 
  • Hospitals will conduct vaccination activities

Region 1 / Ilocos region

  • Ilocos Norte 
  • LGUs in Pinili, Paoay, San Nicolas, Currimao, Piddig, Pasuquin, Dingras, and Bacarra will conduct vaccination activities in RHUs or churches
  • Ilocos Sur
  • San Juan (vaccination activity at St. John the Baptist Parish
  • LGUs in Lidlidda, Galimuyod, San Emilio, Salcedo, Quirino and Suyo-uso will conduct vaccination activities in RHUs or churches
  • Sinait (St. Nicholas Parish Church open on April 14-15)
  • Bantay (St. Agustine Parish Church open on April 14-15)
  • Santa (Parish Church (open on April 14, 16-17 from 8 a.m. to 12nn; April 15 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
  • Nagbukel (St. Joseph Parish open on April 14-15 and 17)
  • Narvacan (Mt. Carmel Church open from April 14-17 from 8 a.m. to 12nn)
  • La Union
  • Naguilan (Naguilan District Hospital)
  • Caba (Iglesia Filipino Indipendiente/Ramon Cathothic Church/Highway open on April 14-15; San Carlos Coastal open on April 16; Caba District Hospital)
  • Luna (near church)
  • Bacnotan (near church)
  • San Gabriel (near church)
  • Sto. Tomas (church open from April 14-15)
  • Aringay (church open on April 14-15; Samara Beach open on April 16)
  • San Fernando (St. Jude Church open on April 14-15)
  • Pangasinan
  • Manaoag (Manaoag Tourism Building)
  • Urdaneta City (Cathedral of our Lady of Immaculate Concepcion open on April 14-15 and 17)
  • Sto. Tomas (St. Tomas Aquinas Parish Church)
  • Binmaley (Triangle in front of Binmaley Church)
  • Binalonan (Sto. Niño Parish Church open on April 17)
  • Mapandan (Training Center of Mapandan open on April 16-17)
  • Malasiqui (Arenas Civic Center, near St. Ildephonse Parish Church
  • Rosales (Conrado F. Estrella Regional Medical and Trauma Center)
  • San Nicolas (St. Nicholas of Tolentine Parish Church)
  • Sta. Maria (Pilar Parish Church)
  • Tayug (St. Patrick of Ireland Parish)
  • Natividad (Our lLady of Nativity Parish Church)
  • Alaminos (Alaminos City Health Office open on April 14-15)
  • DOH Retained Hospitals
  • Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital & Medical Center (open daily at the ambulatory care unit)
  • Region 1 Medical Center (open pn 17, 19, 20, 22, 23)

Region 2 / Cagayan Valley

  • DOH retained hospitals have no scheduled vaccination will accept walk-ins
  • LGU-owned hospitals in Isabela will accept walk-ins

Calabarzon / Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon)

  • No vaccination activity in Cavite, Rizal and Quezon

Region 5 / Bicol region

  • Masbate
  • San Fernando (vaccination team on standby in church on April 14-16)

Region 10 / Northern Mindanao

  • All LGUs have vaccination until April 14 and will resume on April 18
  • Cagayan de Oro will continue its vaccination except on April 15 only
