MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila will remain under Alert Level 1, the least restrictive in the government’s five-tiered alert level system, until the end of April, Malacañang announced on Wednesday.
This was decided by the government’s pandemic policy-making body, the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases, acting presidential spokesman Martin Andanar said.
