MANILA, Philippines — For Sen. Manny Pacquiao, COVID-19 booster shots should not be mandatory as they might just end up becoming a “money-making” or business racket of a few.

Pacquiao admitted he has not yet received a booster shot as he maintained that a strong immune system was the “best” booster against the virus.

“That booster shot, I think it’s going to be all about making money and business. If you’re vaccinated, then just follow the health protocols and you won’t get infected with COVID-19,” he said in a press briefing on Saturday.
