CAMP GEN. ALEJO S. SANTOS, Bulacan—Police seized at least P240,000 worth of marijuana from a drug suspect during a buy-bust operation Tuesday in the City of Malolos.

In a belated report on Thursday, Col. Rommel Ochave, Bulacan police director, identified the suspect as Bryan Torres, 22, from Barangay Caniogan.

He was caught after allegedly selling at 11:50 p.m. P500 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover agent in Caniogan.

When police asked him to open his bag, they found two large bricks of marijuana leaves.

Police also seized three more sachets of shabu from the suspect, who is facing charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
