4 fugitives nabbed in Central Luzon

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales–Central Luzon police arrested four fugitives during separate operations in the region.

The Police Regional Office 3 identified on Wednesday one of them as Marciano Alab, 39, of Barangay Farañal in San Felipe town in Zambales.

Alab, wanted for a rape charge, was arrested based on a warrant issued by Judge Consuelo Amog- Bocar of Regional Trial Court Branch 71 in Iba town, also in Zambales.

Also arrested was Antonio Ferrer Jr., 48, of the City of San Fernando in Pampanga. One of the most wanted in the city, Ferrer faces three counts of lascivious conduct.

In Minalin town in Pampanga, police arrested Joan Laforteza, 38, for four counts of estafa.

In Nueva Ecija, police arrested Glenn Marvin Ocampo, 40, of Cabanatuan City. Ocampo is also wanted for lascivious conduct.
