Expect hot and humid weather over PH due to easterlies, says Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — Easterlies will bring hot weather in the entire country on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported.
The state weather agency, however, said that there will be possibilities of isolated rains, especially in the afternoon and evening.
“Easterlies naman po o ‘yung mainit na hangin mula sa Dagat Pacifico ‘yung kasalukuyan pong umiiral dito po sa buong bahagi ng ating bansa,” Pagasa weather specialist Grace Castañeda said in a public weather forecast.
(Easterlies or the warm winds from the Pacific Ocean currently prevail in the entire country.)

Meanwhile, the low pressure area that Pagasa was monitoring already left the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Tuesday afternoon.
(Yesterday, Tuesday, 5 p.m., the low pressure area that we are monitoring left the Philippine Area of Responsibility and we are not seeing any direct effect to our country.)
She noted that they are not monitoring any weather disturbance for now.
