BACOLOD CITY—The provincial government has filed a complaint against persons behind two “fake” Facebook accounts of Negros Occidental.

Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz on Monday said the provincial government did not own the accounts that used the Negros Occidental seal and pictures of the Capitol as their cover photos.
