Punta Princesa boxing March 18

THE Rex ‘Wakee’ Salud Promotions will stage a fight card billed “Binukbukay sa Barangay’ at the Don Vicente Sotto Memorial Gym in Punta Princesa on March 18.

There card will feature six professional bouts headlined by the six rounder duel between Rommel Banquirigo of the RWS Gym and Junie Salogaol of the Omega boxing gym.

Also set to see action are Gilbert Magos of Negros Oriental vs. JR Salvador of the Phil-Aust gym of Mandaue City (6 rounds);  Joel Soterol of Ormoc City vs. Junjier Torbiso of the Phil-Aust gym (4 rds); Caoktoy Singwangcha of Ormoc City vs. Alex Belongquel of the Phil-Aust gym (4 rds), Francisco Singwangcha of Zamboanga City vs. Jhalel Payao of the Omega gym of Mabolo (4 rds) and  Kenny Demecillo of Iligan vs. Jun Ryan Quimbo of the Lito Cortez stable.  /Correspondent Rene Bonsubre Jr.
