Dapat tanungin natin, paano ba nila ipinakita ang pagmamahal nila sa mahihirap?” the presidential candidate told Novo Ecijanos during a Pink Rally in San Jose City as she brought her 2022 campaign in Nueva Ecija on Tuesday.

(During election season, it should be like that, right? During election season, when someone comes here and says, ‘I love the poor’. We must ask, how did they show their love for the poor?)

She then encouraged voters to verify their own sources and look behind their screens and check the background of the candidate in order to decide correctly on May 9.

(We have spent most of our lives in communities and you know that because when you look at our records, we have a complete receipt.)

(That’s all I ask of you. Today, many are convinced by so much fake news. Let’s all work together. Let us help our countrymen to have the right basis for their decision-making.)

The Leni-Kiko campaign is ongoing in Nueva Ecija as of this posting and organizers said attendees reached more than 30,000 people as of 6:00 p.m.
