ILOILO CITY — Two houses were destroyed by a fire in Cabubugan, Guimbal town in Negros Occidental on Wednesday.
Barangay Captain Chona Garde said, in a media interview, that the houses were owned by Rose Gabarlan and Rizza Cabañas.
Initial investigation showed that the fire started in the kitchen of Gabarlan.
The fire was immediately put out by firefighters who were still investigating the matter as of Wednesday afternoon.
