2 killed, 7 hurt in wedding shooting

Two were killed, including the gunman, while seven other persons were injured in a shooting at a wedding reception in Isabela province.
Police identified the fatality as Gerly Telan, 35, village councilor of Barangay Simanu Sur, in San Pablo town.
According to the report, the victims were dancing at the wedding reception of a police officer and his bride in Barangay Dalena around 9 p.m. March 8, when the suspect, Marcelo Constantino, 23, from Allacapan, Cagayan province, started shooting at the guests.
Wounded were Briscio Gammaru, chair of Barangay Dalena; Isidro Mamauag, 26; Michael Mansibang, 38; Vicenta Guiquing, 53; Jose Mamauag, 69; Sofrino Crisologo, 37; and Allen Cauan.
