OLONGAPO CITY — Four of the most wanted fugitives in Central Luzon were arrested during the 24-hour manhunt operations by the police, authorities said Wednesday.
One of those arrested was Ryan Sugue, 41, a resident of Barangay Amungan in Iba town, Zambales province.
Sugue was wanted on three counts of violating the Violence Against Women and Their Children Act (Republic Act 9262) and two counts of violating the Anti-Child Abuse Act (RA 7610)
Also arrested were Mark Fernandez, 28, of Limay town, Bataan province; Bryan Soria, 19, of Mabalacat City in Pampanga province; and Joan Maglalang, 39, of Bulacan province.
Fernandez was wanted for sexual assault, while Soria was facing rape charges. Maglalang, who was arrested in Cavite province, was wanted for car theft.
