Negros Occidental mayor orders workers to return to regular schedule

BACOLOD CITY — Mayor Nicholas Yulo of Bago City in Negros Occidental has issued an executive order directing all regular employees to return to their regular work schedule on Monday, March 7.

Yulo, however, reminded all employees to continue observing the health protocols to avoid another resurgence in the number of COVID-19 cases.

He stressed the need to implement precautionary measures during the resumption of normal operations, such as disinfection and decontamination activities, conduct of health status check among employees, and observance of physical distancing requirements.

“All agencies are mandated to enforce health standard protocols at all times such as wearing of face masks, taking of body temperature, and setting up of sanitation stations,” Yulo said.
