3 drug suspects busted in Cavite
LUCENA CITY – Police arrested three drug suspects and seized over P172,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) and an illegal firearm in separate buy-bust operations in the cities of Dasmariñas and Trece Martirez in Cavite on Saturday.
The Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) police said anti-illegal drugs operatives collared Bokary Bora after selling a pack of shabu to an undercover police officer in Barangay Burol 1, Dasmariñas City at around 4 p.m.
The suspect yielded two plastic sachets of crystal meth weighing 25 grams with an estimated street value of P172,500.
In Trece Martirez City, anti-narcotics agents arrested Lemmwell Ramirez and Mike Angelo Llanete in Barangay Gregorio at and around 2:58 p.m.
Police seized two sachets of shabu and an undocumented and loaded .38 caliber gun from the suspects.
The suspects were detained and will face a formal complaint for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Ramirez and Llanete will also face charges for violation of firearm laws and election period gun ban.
