MANILA, Philippines — The areas of Caraga, Aurora and Quezon provinces will experience cloudy skies and rainy weather on Saturday, due to the easterlies or the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean or to the shear line or tail end of a cold front.

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Caraga will experience cloudy skies and scattered rain showers and thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains caused by easterlies.

Aurora and Quezon are also expected to have cloudy skies with rains, which could cause possible flash floods or landslides due to frequent moderate rains brought in by the shear line.
