Man from Pampanga found dead with stab wounds in Zambales
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales––A medical specialist from Pampanga province was found dead Wednesday in Subic town in this province, authorities said.
Maj. Noel Sitjar, chief of Subic Municipal Police Station, told the Inquirer in an interview Thursday that a resident found the body lying face down on a cliff at Sitio Tahimik in Barangay Calapacuan.
The man was wearing only gray underwear and had stab wounds to his head and neck.
Authorities retrieved the body that his relative later identified as that of Leonardo Lorenzo Roxas, 50, of Fiesta Community in Mexico town, Pampanga.
Roxas was last seen around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the City of San Fernando, capital of Pampanga, where he worked.
