Drug suspect busted in Naga City; Over P130k worth shabu seized

NAGA CITY––Anti-drug operatives arrested a suspected drug peddler and seized shabu (crystal meth) worth more than P130,000 during a buy-bust operation Tuesday in this city, police said Wednesday.
City police said in a report that Chuck Morris Villanueva, 32, was collared after he sold shabu to an undercover cop in a transaction in Barangay Sabang at 11:20 p.m.
The police said Villanueva sold three sachets of shabu worth P51,000 to the poseur-buyer. The suspect also yielded another sachet of shabu during the body search.
The police report said the total worth of the 20-gram meth from Villanueva amounted to around P136,000.
The suspect is detained and faces the charge of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
