LUCENA CITY — Police on Thursday (Feb. 17) nabbed an alleged rookie drug pusher during a buy-bust operation in Tayabas City in Quezon province.

According to Tayabas City police, anti-narcotics agents collared Oliver Fatal, 46, after he sold P500 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover police officer in Barangay Ilayang Nangka at around 3:20 a.m.

The suspect yielded two plastic sachets of shabu with a street value of P6,120.

Police said the suspect had been classified as a “newly identified drug personality.”

The suspect’s alleged illegal drug trade was tipped off to police hotlines by anonymous callers and confirmed by rehabilitated drug users and pushers.

Fatal will be facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
