Korean community in Central Luzon donates P735K for Pampanga’s COVID-19 response

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga––The Korean Community Association in Central Luzon donated Wednesday P735,000 to the government of Pampanga for the latter’s programs against COVID-19.

Lee Chang Ho, president of the Korean group, handed the donation to Gov. Dennis Pineda at the provincial capitol in the City of San Fernando.

The Koreans said their donation was their way of expressing their appreciation for the provincial government’s support to their compatriots residing in this province.

Pineda also thanked the Korean group, adding that the cash donation would buy medicines to benefit different villages.
