Broadcaster wounded in Iloilo shooting

MANILA, Philippines —  A broadcaster was wounded after three unidentified suspects shot him in Iloilo City Friday morning, a police spokesperson said.

Chief Superintendent Agrimero Cruz Jr., spokesman of the Philippine National Police, said that Fernando Gabio of Aksyon was rushed to a nearby hospital after the incident along Democracia Street in Jaro, Iloilo City at 8 a.m.

Cruz said that the suspects fled on board a motorcycle with plate number 2335 FB.
