MANILA, Philippines – A fire hit a commercial building in Manila Thursday, a fire official said.
The fire in the building along Tomas Pinpin started at around 2:50 p.m. and is now in the fourth alarm at 2:56 p.m., said Louie Abenales, radio operator for the National Capital Region (NCR) Bureau of Fire Protection.
He said 15 fire trucks are in the area as of posting time.
