5 drug suspects nabbed in pot session, buy-bust in Quezon
LUCENA CITY – Two drug suspects and three marijuana users were arrested in Lucban town and this city in separate operations on Saturday, police said Sunday.
Christopher Narzoles, 27, and Cezar Ramos, 45, were nabbed by anti-narcotics agents after selling shabu to an undercover police officer in Barangay Cotta in this city at around 8:41 p.m., Police Leuitenant Colonel Reynaldo Reyes, Lucena police chief, said.
Authorities seized six sachets of shabu with an estimated street value of P24,480.
Police said the suspects were on the drug watch list as identified street-level peddlers of illegal drugs in the city.
In Lucban town, police, acting on an anonymous tip, also busted Christian Flores, 18; George Jimenez, 18; and minor male after they were caught smoking dried marijuana leaves aboard a tricycle in Barangay Ayuti at 4:30 p.m.

The suspects, who are also engaged in marijuana peddling, are on the police list of identified street-level drug pushers in the locality.
The five suspects are facing a formal complaint for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
