Ayeng said she has dry cough and colds for a couple of days.

A staff member of a drugstore said they have had no supply of basic medications since last week.

“A lot of people come to buy paracetamol,” a staff member who asked not to be named said.

At other pharmacies, stock of paracetamols and other drugs for flu-like symptoms was also scarce.
