Ex-drug convict falls in Lucena buy-bust
LUCENA CITY––Police arrested a former drug convict in a buy-bust operation early Tuesday in this city, a report said.
Ranilo Pidlaoan, 46, was nabbed around 6 a.m. by police agents after selling shabu (crystal meth) to an undercover cop in Barangay Ibabang Dupay, Lt. Col. Romulo Albacea, Lucena police chief, reported.
Pidlaoan, on the police drug watch list, yielded six sachets of shabu worth P27,744 in the street market.

Albacea said reformed drug users and former clients tipped off Pidlaoan’s activities to the police. He did not state in the report when Pidloran was jailed first.
The suspect is now back in jail and facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
