CEBU CITY––Acting Mayor Michael Rama has allowed the entry of fully vaccinated individuals into this city even without a negative swab test result.
In an order released Monday, Rama said fully vaccinated persons must present a valid identification card with a picture and the owner’s signature and a vaccination card with a QR code.
Those who have vaccinated cards but without a QR code shall present a vaccination certificate issued by the local health office or the Department of Health and the Bureau of Quarantine.
Those not vaccinated against the COVID-19 must present a negative swab, antigen, or saliva test result.
