CEBU CITY––Acting Mayor Michael Rama has allowed the entry of fully vaccinated individuals into this city even without a negative swab test result.

In an order released Monday, Rama said fully vaccinated persons must present a valid identification card with a picture and the owner’s signature and a vaccination card with a QR code.
