Man on bike kills woman in Kamagayan
A WOMAN was shot dead by a motorcycle-riding gunman in barangay Kamagayan, Cebu City.
Police are looking into the involvement of drugs as a motive in the killing of Milagros Hingabay after an ampule of Nubain and a syringe were recovered from her possession.
Police said the woman was standing on Jakosalem Street around 3 a.m. when two motorcycle-riding men arrived.

The backrider approached the woman and without a word shot her in the head.
