Pasay court hearings put on hold until after Arroyo arraignment
MANILA, Philippines — Court hearings in Pasay City were put on hold until after former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo has been arraigned, say police.
Arroyo, for the first time will be arraigned on a criminal offense this time for electoral sabotage.
Security is tight around Pasay City Hall. Media people are prohibited inside the building. Arnaiz Street has been closed to the public.
