Manila LGU begins construction of its seventh hospital
MANILA, Philippines — Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso led the groundbreaking of the three-story Pres. Corazon C. Aquino General Hospital in Baseco Compound, the seventh government-owned hospital constructed in the capital city.
Joining Moreno during the ceremony were city Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna, Cong. Yul Servo-Nieto and other city officials.
In his speech during the ceremony, Moreno said that the construction of the hospital will be dedicated to those living at the Baseco compound and are struggling to find a hospital in case of emergency.
