Fair Sunday weather expected nationwide — Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines – Fair weather is expected nationwide on Sunday and possibly in the next few days, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Pagasa weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin said there is no low pressure area (LPA) or tropical cyclone currently being monitored in the vicinity of the Philippine area of responsibility.
“Sa kasalukuyan, wala naman tayong binabantayang sama ng panahon o LPA na maaaring makaapekto sa ating bansa kaya posible ang fair weather condition for the next three days dito sa Metro Manila at buong bansa,” he said.
(At present, there is no weather disturbance or LPA that could affect the weather in the country, that’s why we can expect fair weather in the next three days here in Metro Manila and the entire country.)
“Ang nakakaapekto ngayon ay ‘yung northeasterly windflow sa extreme Northern Luzon kaya posible ang malakas na hangin at mga pag-alon dyan sa area ng extreme Northern Luzon,” he added.
