MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga––Police arrested a suspected drug peddler who yielded some P176,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) during a buy-bust operation in the City of San Fernando on Tuesday, Sept. 28.

In a statement, the Police Regional Office 3 identified the suspect as Hardee Menor, 25, of Magliman village in the capital city. The suspect is also on the police list of target drug personalities.

Police from the region, province, and city arrested Menor after he allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover agent.

Seven sachets of shabu weighing 26 grams were confiscated from the suspect, investigators said.

The police also recovered the marked P500 bill and seized the mobile phone and the red Toyota Vios used by Menor during the transaction.

The suspect is facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
