3 fugitives nabbed in Zambales

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales––Three of the most wanted persons in this province were arrested Tuesday, Sept. 28, police said.

Lt. Gina Dagsaan, public information officer of the Zambales police office, said two fugitives were facing child abuse cases.

The fugitives were Doreen Elcalnir, 49, arrested in Palauig town, and George Mangatuliran, 41, caught in the capital town of Iba.

The police said the other fugitive, Marsha Santos, 44, of San Felipe town, was arrested in Bulacan. She faces human trafficking charges.
