Charles needs help

LEUKEMIA patient Charles Andrew Rosario may be only 4 years old, but already, he has shown a deep desire to overcome his illness and has high hopes of recovering.

“He said he wants to live a long life. He will recover because we have a deep faith in the Almighty,” his mother, Myrna Rosario told the Inquirer.

Rosario, a widow since 2008, supports her two children
by washing clothes for her neighbors in San Andres Bukid, Manila.

“I have nothing left to buy for the medicines Charles takes every day,” she said. The bone marrow treatment, which doctors at the Philippine General Hospital recommended for Charles every six months, costs P6,800 every session.

Rosario can be reached at 09496293812. Deposits can be made to her brother Benny Rosario’s RCBC bank account (Parañaque branch), number 1276143324.
